Refund policy

Returns and refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer cash or credit refunds, and we don't accept returns of opened or unwanted items.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email svet@mangopuzzles.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, name, address and photos, and we'll replace it free of charge. If we need the item back, we'll send a prepaid return label. Items sent back without contacting us first won't be accepted.
