Shipping Policy
Mango Puzzles does not guarantee delivery dates. Delivery dates are estimated by the specific carrier and are subject to change.
We ship via UPS, Purolator, Chit Chats, and Canada Post within Canada and estimated delivery time is 3-9 business days.
UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
Orders are typically sent out for shipment within one business day of receipt.

Shipping to the United States
We ship via all major carriers in the U.S.A., including USPS. Estimated delivery time is 3-9 days and is subject to change by the carriers.
NOTE: we ship only to the contiguous United States, therefore we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or other offshore territories of the U.S. (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.).
We do not ship to U.S. Post Office boxes or Army Post Office (APO) addresses.
The shipping charge to all valid addresses in the contiguous United States is a flat rate fee of $20.00 CAD.
Orders outside of Canada may be subject to taxes and import charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
We do not issue refunds for any packages that are returned to us from a carrier due to being undeliverable to a U.S. address. Please ensure all your shipping information is accurate.
Returns Policy
Mango Puzzles will accept return requests within 30 days of customer receipt of product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received in. It must be in its original packaging, including all exterior shrink wrap (if applicable), and have no visible signs of wear or use.
To notify us of your return and to receive a return authorization, please email us at svet@mangopuzzles.com and provide the email address used to place your order, the reason for your return, as well as your order number.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted. Please make sure your Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of your package. Please note that The Puzzle Nerds does not reimburse shipping costs incurred by customers for returning items.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours at svet@mangopuzzles.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if it is the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once your package is received and we have inspected it, we will let you know if your return is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded the amount of the item plus the initial shipping cost for the item to be shipped to you on your original payment method.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns to be received and processed. Remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
Mango Puzzles is not responsible for lost returns.
Delivered Orders
For orders marked as delivered with proof of delivery from the courier, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements. Once an order has been confirmed as delivered, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. If there are any delivery concerns, we recommend reaching out to the courier directly for assistance.
